This is your chance to own a Glow Audio Amp One at a bargain price. Mine has the switch to turn of the dial light. I used it in a two channel system to drive a pair of the Blumenstein Orca's and it really sounded sweet. I added a Glow Sub (also for sale) which made the system sound even better.
The amp reacted well to current production Mullard and PSVANE EL 84 tubes. Included in the sale is a pair of Sovtec power tubes and NOS 5 black star GE input tubes( a $75 value). A scratch and dent recently sold for $488 on the Glow site. I am asking $380 shipped and includes the extra tubes. Two minor issues are the LED light is off under one of the tubes and there is pinsize dent on the top of the transformer case. I can't comment on the headphone section as I never used a pair of headphones. Read the positive reviews on this well built and sweet sounding Amp.
Paypal ad 3% and I will pay shipping to CUS for my asking price. The amp is priced to sell. No low ballers please.
Questions for the seller
Q: Hi, a couple questions. What do you mean when you say the LED light is "off" under one of the tubes? Does that mean the tube doesn't appear lit when in use? Also, I'm thinking of pairing this with a pair of Klipsch Heresy. How loud would you say this little amp gets? Loud enough to fill a small room?
A: Hi, For appearance affect, each of the tubes has a blue LED light under it and one is out. The tube itself glows the light is an extra added feature for affect I guess. If I didn't mention it you probably would not notice. I ran a pair of the Blumenstein Orca's and currently a pair of the Contrast Audio SE 3 Monitors in a 12x12 room and never went beyond 11 o'clock on the dial. I found the volume to be fine. aRT
