EAR 859 Integrated 13w/channel

You don't see these come up for sale too often. This is an EAR integrated tube amp/line stage; it puts out 13 watts/channel and works perfectly. I'm rating it a solid 8 cosmetically - there are no obvious marks, scratches or dings. I've been using it for the past 2 or 3 years and am not the original owner. Note that it has RCA inputs marked "phono" but does not have an onboard phono stage. That's just where you hook up your EAR 834p. I've been using it in a small room with monitors that are only 86db efficient, but it has always sounded great, probably in part because of the Yoshino transformers. I think it packs much more of a punch than you'd think of for 13 watts. I'm not sure about the age of the tubes, but I think they're getting a bit old. But I'll include a pair of NOS Telefunkens and 3 NOS Valvos, so you can retube immediately if you want to. I bought them along with the amp but never felt the need to replace the tubes that it came with. This integrated comes for a clean, smoke-free home.
