It comes with the manual, upgraded VCAPS, Amperex 5AR4 'Bugle Boy', Philips JAN 6922, 6P1N-E 3 Mica and all original tubes.
I do not have the original box, but I know how to package very well!
Shipping is done through USPS or FedEx (International USPS only).
I ship from zip 32832 and the CSP2+ weighs 13lbs.
