Backert Labs Rhythm 1.1 preamp, Pos. Feedback winner

The Rhythm 1.1 single-ended tubed line stage preamp, by Backert Labs. The Rhythm 1.1 is voiced to provide the best possible rhythm and dynamics. In our view, these factors are critical for creating "live" sound. The overall design of the Rhythm 1.1 is a new approach:

- It has a handy tube access door that lets you change tubes with the touch of a finger, no tools needed.

- Its modern anodized exterior has no visible screws or ventilation slats.

- It's the only preamp with bias correction. Incorrect bias can affect sound quality. As a result of our automatic correction, every tube you try will be perfectly biased and will sound its very best in the Rhythm 1.1.

- It's the only product able to use V-Cap capacitors to run the power supply. We received a US patent on this design in 2013. Having this very nimble and linear type of capacitor in the power supply contributes to the Rhythm 1.1's accurate rhythm and dynamics.

A solid metal remote adjusts volume. Comes with balance control, mono switch, mute switch and Record Out RCA jacks. Five inputs, two sets of outputs. The Rhythm 1.1 comes in silver or matte black.
