Audio Research LS-25 mkII w. spare tubes

Offered here is a beautiful example of the well-received ARC LS-25 Mk II, the 6H30-equipped successor to the LS-25.  I purchased this from the original owner and from the warranty card and shipping box label I can tell that this is an original Mk II, not an upgrade.

Cosmetically, the pre is in stellar condition.  There is a slight burr on the back of the upper right-hand side of the faceplate, hence the 8/10 rating.

Operationally, it has performed flawlessly and has worked in an all-ARC system.  Dead quiet, great dynamics, crisp presentation.   The pair of 6H30’s have less than 1,000 hours on them, with at least another 9,000 hours of life left in them.

The sole reason for selling is the same as that of the other LS-25 seller here: I just received a Ref 3.

The LS25 Mk II is being sold with the original remote, manual, documentation, power chord (never used) and a spare matched set of Sovtek 6H30’s.  Everything will ship in the original heavy-duty double box set (in excellent condition).
