This preamp could pass for new. There are not any dings, scratches or scuffs on the unit. All controls are silky smooth. It operates like it should with no quirks. Installed are 4 new matched electro harmonix 6922 tubes. on the inside there are 2 three position switches that adjusts the gain from 8db, 16db and 24db. That is a really nice option. It comes with its original factory box and owners manual, stock cord. Buyer pays shipping and paypal fees. Shipping will be by fedex ground insured. I had to rate it an 8/10 because I am the second owner.
