The Design

The New AVRO is a resonance controlled, gimbal type, statically balanced and bearing dampened design. The AVRO Super Precision provides simple adjustments in all planes of the Cartridge alignment. The key design is simple, adjustable, solid, well engineered and natural sounding.

This configurability enables Phono cartridges of all types to deliver their maximum performance.

The tone arm’s overall performance can be described as a neutral, accurate with full bodied sound. Those who require a tone arm that can produce powerful accurate bass, this arm will deliver. The design provides a well balanced open 3D sound stage that is easy to listen to without fatigue.

Engineered for incredible vinyl playback and adjustability and  providing measuring instrument precision and accuracy.  Set up of  the tone arm is as critical as buying a good tone arm !

Our new Dial a VTA system provides an anaolgue dial indicator system providing a large  readout of the tone arm’s actual VTA position. Adjusting  VTA has never been easier -  no tools required . 

This tone arm can also be used in the place of any 1.9 inch/48.2 mm bolt hole circle (standard 3 hole Jelco, Ortofon, Rega) with arm board through hole of being a minimum of 1.161 inches/29.5 mm - Maximum 1.75 inches
