I sent this to the best in the world Analogue Tube Audio. German specializing in Garrard and SME.
He re-wired with wonderful perfect silver wire and modified so that the rca are straight down and not right angle (which relieved all the stress of that). Then special bearings replaced the cheap ones.
You can read all about this on his website. The key is the brass plate at the bottom which amazingly reduces vibrations. This arm has not been used since received back. Moving and downsizing.
