Original owner, Purchased from Brooks Burdan Limited. This was a originally a 2.0 and upgraded to a 2.2 by replacing the bearing cap, which was aluminum. The new upgraded cap is made of brass. The difference between the stock 2.0 and the 2.2 is, the 2.0 comes with a one piece mounting base.
According to Michael Fremer, just adding the new bearing cap ($300.00) will give you more than 90% of the upgrade.
