Adire Audio S-80 Subwoofer

This is a very musical sub which works really well in a small room.  The sub is small but fills the bottom frequencies suprisingly well.  The designer of this sub was hired away to design small speakers for Dell Laptops, he is really good with small speaker design.  And don't be fooled by the Blue Book listings for other Adire products, those are all kits which only have drivers and descrete electrical components for cross over circuits (I have built a few).  This model was not sold as a kit but rather was finished at the factory with retail packaging.  The S-80 was actually designed for a chain of stores in Europe and they were designed for the smaller appartments and houses which are so common in Europe, and for people with two channel systems which played music, not home theater.  The finish is piano black.  There is a small crack in the paint on one edge which is shown in one of the photos, otherwise, no marks.  This sub probably has less than 25 hours of play time on it.  It was in a guest room in a second home.  Paypal please add 3%.
