Ergotron DS100 Audiophile Metal Speaker Stands

Ergotron, Cast Aluminum, DS100 base.  Ergonomic, low profile, weight forward, anti-tip design. Base has  6 points of contact with inset rubber feet. Anti resonant and stable.  High-low Allen screws hold the post in the sleeve of the base.

High strength steel post and 5" x 5" steel top plate from Bell Manufacturing.  Custom beveled wood top plate for larger monitors and book shelf speakers is added on the 19" and 25" stands. Can be added on the 31" and 35" also.  Rubber isolation pads hold speaker in place and reduce vibration.  
Semi Gloss black powder coat finish.
Wire management at the top and bottom on the rear of the post.  2- 3/8" holes. Wire may be fed through the post AND the bottom of the base if felt pads are used on the feet for hardwood floors.  This will raise the base up enough to clear the speaker wire.
Recommended for floors and low pile carpet.  19" stands can hold up to 25 lbs with the 8" x 6" top plate and 25" stands can handle up to 20 lbs with either wood top plate.  Wood plates can be rotated length wise to hold deep and curved side monitors.  On a speaker deeper than 12" I recommend the 6" x 8" top plate and setting the speaker at least 3-4" past the back edge of the top plate.
As with all speaker stands, test the balance of the speakers  front to back and side to side for ultimate stability.  Stands are not designed to fasten or screw speakers to the top plate of the stand.  The taller stands (coming soon)-31"-35" will only have the standard 5" x 5" metal top plate and recommended maximum weight is 15lbs. If you require a 6" x 6" wood plate for these heights let me know.  No extra charge. Four holes in the metal plate would allow you to screw the speaker to the stand if you are worried about pets and children.
Stands are currently offered in 19", 25" heights (including top plates but not rubber bumpers).  Wood top plates come in Standard 6" x 6" or 8" x 6" sizes. 
 Custom size wood top plates available at an extra $20.  Angled, tapered etc.  Please allow one week-7days extra time for custom plates.
If you do not need a wood top plate and want to use the 5" square metal plate for smaller speakers please let me know before shipping.
