updated my system so sell this one.
"There is some slight fraying of the outer sheath near some of the magnets. These parts were wrapped so tightly when I bought them I couldn't cut through the plastic without cutting the sheath, despite my best efforts. The actual cable inside is untouched, and most of the sheath is in perfect condition. The gold has faded some and has a few very small nicks that were there since I bought them. "
