Item can be returned within 14 days of receipt.

General Terms

Items must be returned in their original condition, with all included packing materials and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all shipping return costs unless the item was not received as described.

Refunds

Buyer will receive a full refund in the original payment method less any shipping charges.

Special Conditions

Return Policy:
In order to offer competitive pricing, returns are not allowed unless agreed upon before the sale. Customers may be subject to restocking fees and/or shipping charges. Exchanges and/or store credits may be available on certain items. Please confirm with us before purchasing.

Sales Policy:
We are authorized dealers for many items listed and, if necessary, we will receive permission to advertise and sell items on line. Many manufacturers forbid pricing other than retail to be posted. Please call us for any special pricing that might be available. We are unable to email discount pricing on new products. Many new items are not available for sale outside of our local territory as the manufacturer’s may have a local dealership to protect. If the customer does not have a local dealer, please contact us and we will determine whether we can sell to you.

Shipping Policy:
It is important that the customer carefully inspect any packages for damage to the product or the packing. Have the delivery driver or freight company employee make notes of any visible damage to your package on their bill of lading or scanner before you sign. This protects you in the event of concealed damage to the product. Open and inspect your product and report any concealed damage or operation problems to us immediately. We are unable to replace items or refund purchases for freight damaged items that have been signed for “free and clear”.
