Theta Citadel Mono Power Amplifiers

Up for sale is a pair of Theta Citadels (1.0 version) that we recently took in on trade. We are the original selling dealer for these amps.

The Citadel was Theta’s statement amplifier and was the result of a collaborative engineering effort from some of the brightest minds in the industry (Dave Reich, Chales Hanson, and Jim White). The Citadels are a traditional Class-AB design that put out 600W into 4 ohms and are stable into pretty much any load. They were very well reviewed in their time and considered to be a bargain at their original selling price. They’re an even bigger bargain now as they still sound just as good.

Condition

These amps are functionally perfect.

There is one cosmetic flaw on the faceplate of the right channel amp (pictured below). This was an accidental scratch that the previous owner "touched up." In photos with a flash it is very obvious up close, but under normal light it’s hardly noticeable. From any reasonable distance you can’t even see it.

I was unable to find any other flaws.

All original packaging, manuals, and tools are included.
