Sunfire 300 Stereo Amplifier - Upgraded and Recapped

I'm offering my Sunfire Stereo 300 amplifer for sale.  I've used this amp for close to two years, but I've since picked up some much more expensive mono blocks, so it's time to find a good home for this unit.  There's lots of good info on the net about these amplifiers, but one of the best sources is this Absolute Sound review:

Specs are as follows: 

• 300 watts x 2 into 8 ohms
  
  


• 600 watts x 2 into 4 ohms
  
  


• 1200 watts x 2 into 2 ohms
  
  


• Handles even the most demanding low impedance loads with ease
  
  

The age and design of these amps means they most are due for new capacitors, and I performed the following service / upgrades last year:

• Replaced all the larger capacitors (the power supply storage caps are original and not known to fail)
  
  


• New power storage meter bulb (these are often burnt out)
  
  


• Replaced the original binding posts with better quality new units (old ones will be provided)
  
  


• Installed an IEC receptacle on the captive power cord so you can use a better power cable

The Audiogon Bluebook average price for this model $993, and my asking price reflects the condition and upgrades. Changing the capacitors on this amp made a substantial improvement in sound, so please don't compare my asking price to that of an original non-serviced unit. 

Condition wise this amp is excellent with just a few tiny dings on the top right which I've highlight in the photos.  I over tightened one of the new binding posts during installation which resulted in a few light spider cracks, and I've also included a photo for full disclosure; these cracks do not impact function.
