Parasound Halo P5 2.1 Channel Stereo Preamplifier

Up for sale is my stereo preamplifier, just over 1 year old and in mint condition.  It was used in my dedicateds 2 channel system in an adult, non-smoking houshold.  Included are all the original accessories and the double box.  The unit works perfectly and has great sound;warm and natural sounding.  The reason I am selling is to replace this piece with a DSD capable DAC.  I have listed the general specifications below, thank you for looking.
