This listing is for one pair (2 units) of NuForce Ref-9SEv3
Power Amplifiers. These are the latest Version 3.01, Special Edition units that
have won numerous awards worldwide for their pristine sound and natural, hi-rez
performance. They are of Black-anodized finish and come equipped with the
latest “stealth” faceplates. Please note these are the first of only two Black
Stealth pairs that we have available. While you are free to make an offer, you
might want to keep in mind that they are “like new,” being offered at a full
50% off MSRP and include a 1-year warranty (see below), so they will likely
sell fast.

These Ref-9s are among a number of factory closeout units
that have been acquired by Coyote Sound at a substantial cost savings that we
are now gladly passing on to you. The listed price INCLUDES shipping to any
residential location within the continental USA. All other customers (foreign
or domestic) must pay for shipment of the items to the purchaser’s location
and/or port of entry, as well as any and all associated duties and/or taxes (if
applicable). For detailed product information, see below.

Even though they are essentially new, these units are being
listed as “Mint” condition (note the clear protective film still covering the face-plates) because they were not acquired in their original,
unopened factory packaging. Rather, Coyote Sound had to locate the original
boxes and accessories separately, then pack everything back together by hand.
They are being provided with the original power cords, but we have no printed
Owners Manuals for them. An Adobe Acrobat PDF version of the manual can be
provided upon request. As a result of their factory warehouse origin, they have
had no more than 24 hours of use (by Coyote Sound and only for testing &
burn-in purposes).

Working in cooperation with NuForce’s former USA Service
Center, Coyote Sound is offering these units with a full 1-year,
pro-rated warranty. As long as service parts remain available, sans
neglect, misuse or unauthorized tampering/modification, within 1-year of the
purchase date Coyote Sound will repair these units at no cost to the purchaser
other than the requirement that purchaser cover shipping of the defective
unit(s) back to our facility for service. After repairs have been completed,
Coyote Sound will then cover all shipping costs associated with returning the
repaired unit(s) back to the purchaser. All repairs are guaranteed for 30-days,
such that should the unit(s) become defective again within that period, we will
retrieve them from the purchaser for service and cover all associated shipping
costs to do so, and in addition, cover those costs associated with their
subsequent return to the purchaser once again after repair. In the event that
service parts are no longer available to repair these units, Coyote Sound will
provide a pro-rated refund for the term of 1-year, based upon the number of
weeks of ownership. Furthermore, after expiration of the 1-year warranty Coyote
Sound will continue to service these units for a nominal fee of only $75.00
(each unit) + parts.

Coyote Sound reserves the right to waive any and/or all
provisions of this warranty should we determine that the product being offered
for sale does not represent a safe and/or appropriate match to the peripheral
equipment that the customer intends to and/or has used in conjunction with the
sale product(s).

Who Is Coyote Sound?

Coyote Sound is a small "DBA" side-business set up in association with (and for) a younger family member of a moderately well known audio engineer/designer, active industry executive and entrepreneur. A number of Audiogon members are presently owners of this gentleman's past products that were developed and sold under previous business names.
