$3,000 or best offer: TWO reference quality mono-block AB bipolar transistor amplifiers with fully regulated power supplies. Rated at 100 watts per channel into 8 ohms with no more than .05% THD. The power transformers used are rated for 1000 watts providing a solid foundation for sonic excellence. Original price was $8100 for the stock pair with another $2500 added for modifications/upgrades by Roger Sheker, chief engineer of Audience.

By the way, 1 important question that I have is the looks of these amplifiers, they look weird are the pictures exactly how the amps look ?
Basically I am not that familiar of these amps but always interested to own unique looking gear, are the side heat sinks attached to the chassis and the front face is it sitting on the chassis ?
How long and wide is the amp exactly ?

Picking up from Lake Elsinore from Roger Sheker would be fine too the only thing I need to decide is the price, I also spoke to several of my Audiophile friends who have more knowledge and opinions about these amps and I was told that $3000 specially local pickup with cash payment would be too much to pay for the pair.
While you send me the measurements let me think about what exactly I am willing to offer in Cash for them, probably between $2000 - $2500 range but not sure how much yet.

Well, let me see about the price, I don't know if you received my other message that I am not going to be able to pay more than $2000 - $2500 range, so at this point I am still debating what should I offer and will let you know soon.

A question, do both amps have feet that are attached underneath them to raise each amp a little from the floor ?
From the pictures I could not see it clearly.
Any chance if possible that you could email me couple more pictures one straight from the front and one straight from the side ?
I want to see the amps better to decide to make my offer.

Zareh Yes, we can take some more photos. The amps are in good shape and look pretty cool. They have been highly modified by a pro and they sound great. They do have feet. If you will give me your email I can send you photos. |
