There are dealers who are asking $1,000 for this item on Ebay. This is a late model Mcintosh MA 6100 integrated amp that has beeb thoroughly serviced and tested. 95% of all MA 6100 are the AE version, the last production runs were the " AP version " which had a 4/8 Ohm switch. Output at 8 ohms is 83 watts WPC. Glass and end caps are excellent. Very powerful, separate bass and treble, powers 2 sets of speakers, pre-amp out and amp in for connecting other power amps and equalizers, loudness and presence controls. It has facilities for 6 inputs. Audio Classics is asking $1,100.00 for this unit. All controls have been cleaned and dioxidized...very quiet unit.
