Esoteric AI-10 Integrated Amplifier/DAC

It won't be here on Sunday!   Beautifully  transparent and detailed Esoteric AI-10 integrated amplifier/DAC for sale. The amplifier is rated at 110 WPC into 8 ohms, 150 WPC into 4 ohms, yet drove my Wharfedale Opus 2-3 speakers more loudly than a 250 WPC Gato DIA 250 integrated amp so this has more than enough power to drive the overwhelming majority of speakers.

As a MOFSET amplifier the machine remains cool, no matter how long (or loud) your listening sessions are. Even more critical than the amplifier is the DAC section which includes a master-clock sync for those with compatible CDS players. Even if you don't have an Esoteric CD player (I don't), pairing the AI-10 to your CD player through either the coax digital or optical digital inputs allows for the integrated DAC to process the music, and that is where this machine really shines. The openess, sound staging and imagery have compared quite favorably to the Stello Ai-500 and Bryston's B100 integrated amps.
