Bryston 28B-SST2 - Like New - Lower price!

Price reduced for quick sale. Outstanding pair of Bryson 28B-SST2 monoblocks in like-new condition. Silver 19-inch face with handles. Purchased 6/2011 and babied in a pet-free, smoke-free, dedicated room driving PMC IB2i speakers, a light load for them. 16 years remaining on the transferable warranty, so you're covered.

Easily the best-sounding solid state amps I've owned, they do it all—layering, timbre, tonal accuracy, depth, dynamics—with balance and bottomless ease at any volume and under any load. Certified at 1,290 watts into 8 ohms. But don't let the brawn fool you; they are also superb at delicacy and nuance. Dead quiet in my system. Cosmetically and functionally like new. Never had any issues.

This pair of amps (serial #372 and #416) was originally supplied by Bryston to a major magazine for review (documentation available) after being matched and tweaked at the factory. They were then returned to Bryston and sold directly to me as demos (with little time on them) through an authorized dealer in June 2011, with full warranty. They were NOT demos at the dealer. Rather, they were used only for review, sold to me, and shipped from Bryston to my local dealer for delivery.
