I am the original owner of this outstanding all-in-one unit. It is an AM/FM receiver, a 1080i upsampling DVD player with HDMI and component outputs, and a 24 bit/96 kHz DAC with RCA and TOSlink inputs.

Used to drive my Magnepan MMG's, it never ran out of power in my medium-sized family room.
