I have owned this MAC-1500 for over 25 years. It was serviced by Terry Dewick in Knoxville in 1997. Terry aligned the tuner and replaced any necessary tubes, etc. It works fine. It still has the original McIntosh 7591 tubes. I have used this receiver very sparingly over the years. One small blemish on the front glass on right of unit. The cabinet is in good condition with a small ding on the top. I have a copy of the owner's manual and an original 1965 Playboy magazine featuring this unit when it was new along with other stereo pieces which I will include. I rate this unit between 7 & 8/10. For the age it really is a nice receiver. Two of the front knobs are not original to the 1500, but otherwise this is a true vintage McIntosh.
