I’m the second owner. The first owner shipped it from his dad’s house to his house and it got damaged in shipping because he didn’t use the original boxes. But he had them, and so when I purchased it from him last year, he did ship in an original Rotel double box, both inside box and outside box are Rotel for this unit.

The damage was mostly cosmetic, you can see the corner is bent, and the last binding post all the way to the right in the photos is bent, the Left Surround, but it does not affect the sound in any way. I used this unit in 7.1 mode and had absolutely no problem. The unit does get a bit hot, but I think all integrateds due.

The remote is one of the most intelligent remotes I’ve ever owned. It can remember an entire remote or just specific buttons from the other remote to specific button on this one, just by pointing the remotes to each other and pressing the choice buttons in sequence, it’s all in the instructions. It’s really amazing.

The reason I’m selling is because I thought if I bought a new Arcam 450, I’d get a better sound. Well, it is a bit better, slightly more bass and a little more open, but honestly, if I had auditioned the Arcam, I would have stayed with this unit for the price to performance ratio, but since I can’t return Arcam, I’m staying with it and selling this one.

I’m offering at rock bottom price, due to the damage. If you don’t mind the few scratchs, bent corner, and bent binding post, you’ve got a rock solid amp, with lots of juice to kick your home theater experience to the max.

Questions for the seller
and is there any damage to the face
Hi hemi04, I have neglected to check this site for a while as i've been traveling, and i do appologize. the face plate is in mint shape and sonically I hear no issues. Anthony
Please I am interested this receiver. Do you know if ALL operational functions work properly? I understand to cosmetic damage, I am more concerned about the unit functions properly.
Hi Joe, i am so sorry for missing this response, i have been traveling and have not paid attention to audiogon, the cosmetic damage is in the rear of the unit, the front plate is in mint shape and the sonic and sound work perfect last time i used it about 6 weeks ago. the binding post that is bend is the surround sound but it has not been sonically damaged from what i can tell. Anthony
