PROCEED AVP AUDIO VIDEO PREAMPLIFIER $450 - Here’s a very nice high end preamp with many bells and whistles. This component retailed at $4995 when it was new! The PROCEED AVP comes with seven digital and eight analog inputs, as well as balanced ins and outs. It has DTS, AC3, Pro Logic, THX, and several other surround choices for both music (including 24-bit 96 kHz) and video playback. The construction of this unit is excellent; very sturdy.
I am the original owner, Comes with remote, manual, power cord, will ship in original double box.
The AVP is a true high end pre-amp, while the video processing is dated (no HDMI), the audio quality is fantastic. I used it with an AppleTV (optical out), protected by PS-Audio Power Director 4.7 in a high end setup.
