This preamp processor is in perfect working order. I have been using it in a Home Theater PC setup and it accepted all the bitstream info minus the higher resolution formats. But even still I would put this up against any modern Integra, Anthem etc processor for sound quality. The only reason why I am moving away from this is I am going from Home Theater PC down to a two channel setup only. I have a USB to RS232 cable that I will include so you can use the Meridian Legacy setup program. Or you can type the processor using the front panel if you like too. I don't have the box but I will pack it very well. The lettering on Source has been rubbed off a little and there is a mark on one of the buttons you can see them in the images. Let me know if you have any questions. Oh I also have the MSR+ remote its a little rough around the edges but still works great.
