This new unit was just sent from Onkyo Integra directly to me due to my old unit being damaged from shipping. The box is original and is still sealed from the factory and includes the owner's manual and remote control and all factory accessories. Integra told me that this unit has been completely tested and is practically a brand new unit . It is guaranteed to be defect free for the next 2 years (warranty only applicable in North America).
