This TheaterMaster Signature is a 7.1 Surround Sound Control unit. According to Noble Electronics (the current service and repair company), it offers superior sound quality at a fraction of the cost compared to today's standard. Just one of the main features that adds to the quality of sound is the Teflon Circuit board (generally made from cheap fiberglass.) NO remote included, so you would need to procure from Noble Electronics.
