Magnepan 20.1 PETER GUNN MODDED -- ONE OF TWO EVER MADE !

This is one of two ever made Peter Gunn modded 20.1 !!

The frames are built in solid African Bubinga wood. The crossovers of a totally different design, using the best components available like Jupiter.
Peter claims he will never modify any more 20.1 as there are too many challenges in the making due to their size.
This is your only chance to own these unique and fantastic custom speakers as I'm reported that the owner of the first pair is very happy and has no plans to sell .
The modded Magnestand 20.1 are currently in Peter's listening room (the pictures are his own) as he just finished to refurbish them (see why here below) and ready for the new owner to enjoy. The speakers are available for audition and pick up at Peter's Gunn home nearby Allentown, PA.

Speaker dimensions : 77"x25" . The base is 17" deep.
The modded 20.1, arrived to my home a couple of years ago but apparently as we learned later, during shipment something in the crossovers boxes got loose, causing a tweeter and some crossover components to fail.
Back then, not sure what the cause was I returned the speakers and the crossovers back to Peter Gunn but unfortunately the replacements for the damaged crossover parts were no longer available, then he was very busy with his work, plus other delays of different nature and long story short here we are two years later with the speakers finally fully refurbished and ready to go. In the meantime and understandably, I had to buy another pair of speakers and for this reason I'm selling the modded 20.1.
Pick up is highly preferred.
The original boxes will not provide a safe shipment, nor Peter wants any liability in the shipping process because of the previous experience thus if the buyer can't pick up and at his own care, hi can have a shipping company building crates or proper shipping boxes and have them shipped by freight.
