The three chassis X-LP2 is a dual mono design-each channel has its own tubular metal chasis-and a shared outboard X-PSU power supply. The power supply is essentially a large high current toroidal transformer with four sets of outputs. it will also power other X-series components.
The back of each channel of the X-LP2 sports a pushbutton for switching between moving magnet and moving coil. Each unit sports two sets of input jacks: one each for MM and MC. Moving coil (MC) lets you choose 100, 50, 25 and 10 ohms.
