This is the last new pair ever built by PASS and they were built last month from new and NOS parts. These speakers have Never been used, and never owned by anyone other than Pass Labs and Reno Hi Fi. These speakers are new in every way except that some of the parts are from the original production of Rushmore's and have been sitting in their new factory boxes for a few years. If you've ever dreamed of owning a spectacular speaker-- now's your chance. The Rushmore has four amplifiers (one amp for each driver) and an active four-way crossover housed in a stunning cabinet of all natural wood and stone. The speakers come with a full three-year Pass Labs factory transferable warranty just as other new products from Pass Labs. The Rushmore Speaker is discontinued by Pass Labs. Serial number to be determined. The original MSRP for the Rushmore was $45,000 a pair. Reno Hi Fi now has a pair of Rushmore's in stock for seriously interested parties to audition. These Rushmores were built in the same prodcution group and will sound the same as the pair we are now offering; there will be a few minor cosmetic differences. General Terms
Items must be returned in their original condition, with all included packing materials and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all shipping return costs unless the item was not received as described.
Refunds
Buyer will receive a full refund in the original payment method less any shipping charges.
Special Conditions
In keeping with our dedication to client satisfaction, Reno Hi-Fi, Inc. has an extremely generous return policy. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Reno Hi-Fi, you may return the item for a prompt and full refund, less only the actual round-trip shipping charges. Reno Hi-Fi does not charge a restocking fee, handling fees, credit card processing fee, nor any other kind of fees for returning merchandise.
Returns are to be shipped to the return address on the outbound shipping label. Returns must be shipped no later than 14 days after the item was received; on the 15th day all sales are final. Returned items must be received in the condition in which they were received, with all accessories, including the owner’s manual, AC cord and remote control (if applicable). We recommend UPS or Fed Ex shipping with insurance equal to the sale price of the product (so that your investment is protected) and “signature required at delivery,” so you have proof the item was received by us.
Within 24 hours of our receipt of the returned product in proper condition, we will refund your payment, less only the price of the shipping that Reno Hi-Fi incurred. We almost always refund your payment via the same payment method with which you paid us. PayPal and credit card payments are simply reversed, less the shipping costs. For credit card payments, we will very quickly issue the credit to you though the credit card system. Our finding is that banks are generally fast to charge and slow to credit. Credit card refunds usually take five to ten days to appear on your credit card account, even though we have very promptly entered the credit into the bank’s system and our checking account has been quickly debited. Even though the credit card refund may seem on the slow side, it will certainly reach your account—try not to worry. We’ve never had a credit card or PayPal credit not be applied as it should. Payments made by other forms of payment will quickly be refunded with a Reno Hi-Fi company check sent promptly by First Class Mail.
Our return policy is a great benefit to the Reno Hi-Fi customer. The policy is more than fair and insures that our clients are happy with the products they invest in though us.
