I am the original owner of this amplifier. It resides in my smoke free home. I have upgraded to an Adcom 7805 and no longer need this amp. I used amplifier A to power the rear surrounds, Vandersteen VSM-1's, and amplifier B bridged to power my center channel Vandersteen VCC-2. I have the original box, packing and owner's manual. I have never had any issues with this amp since the day I bought it new. In November of 2013, I heard new a humming noise in my system. I took this amp and my GFA-555 to an factory authorized Adcom repair shop in Charlottesville, VA. Neither amp had any issues at all, as verified by the shop. I then discovered the source of the noise was from a recently installed home alarm system, which the installer had plugged in the
Wifi box near my system. Upon moving the alarm box to a different circuit, the noise vanished. You can Google reviews, specifications and the owners manual and lots of info about this amp but I have put the basics, below. I rated it an 8 out of 10, mostly due to its age.
