Refinement in speaker design is a hard to define term, but one the Cirrus design exemplifies. To be so thought out in every detail of form and function is a rarity, but in this case self evident.  That is the labor of love that became the Cirrus.

Each detail feeds off the next to create a cohesive package that is both acoustically and aesthetically pleasing.

The Cirrus starts with a marvel of a cabinet, every shape and material has been designed with specific purpose. The culmination of these efforts delivers exactly what a speaker enclosure is supposed to do, nothing. A good speaker cabinet should serve as nothing more and nothing less than a perfect platform in which to house the best drivers money can buy. The inside of the cabinet was designed with finite element analysis and rapid virtual prototyping to destroy the back wave from the driver to minimize distortion. Our proprietary Acoustic Inversion Layer virtually eliminates all transmission of sound through the cabinet walls. The 3" round over of the cabinet edges eliminates edge diffraction, one of the most common destructive colorations of most "boxed" speakers. Our laminated CNC cut Baltic Birch ply construction serves as a solid platform with substantial damping and bracing that are unparalleled in the industry, no time or expense is spared in making the Cirrus cabinet the best possible.

For drivers, we went to the best in the industry to find people and companies who were willing to match our passion in the mission to deliver one of the World’s best stand-mount loudspeakers.   Both AudioTechnology and RAAL custom hand make our driver elements to our exacting specifications to allow for some of the smallest tolerances in the industry. With this grade of fine driver manufacturing and the testing that each individual driver goes through before making it into finished Cirrus, the results are quite impressive.

Each Cirrus is custom made per our customer’s specs and the options are nearly limitless. We have access to some of the highest quality wood veneers and can produce multiple high end furniture grade finishes. You can choose something that matches a particular piece of furniture in the room or choose something exotic to really make a statement. Even the crossover and internal wiring can be tweaked to wring every bit of nuance out of a recording. Our standard crossover is perfectly capable using high grade components such as VH Audio OIMP capacitors and Jensen wax/paper inductors, but if there is a particular flavor you are going for we are more than happy to accommodate.
