Quad 11L Birdseye Maple Monitors w/ dings

I am selling a pair of Quad 11L bookshelf speakers.

Matched pair with sequential serial numbers.

Stunning glossy Birdseye Maple finish with Black grills. They come with the cloth
protective bags. I don't have original box, but they will be very carefully packed for shipment.

Cosmetically, they are in excellent condition with the exception of a top corner ding and lower right corner ding (same speaker) and subtle marks from a small tip over
incident.

Pictures show some reflections from flash on cabinet edges (due to the extra glossy finish!) and woofer cone material weave looks odd (just flash anomaly).  Only issues are the dings highlighted in the 2 pictures.

Sound is fantastic. They image like almost no other speaker that I have heard under $ 2,000. Clear, liquid vocals and smooth highs. Decent bottom end from a monitor of this size. If you like rock or very heavy bass driven music, you will want a sub, but for
jazz, piano, vocal music, these may stand on their own ! I used them with an EL-84 based tube amp and there is nice weight to vocals and bass for their size.  I initially had them paired with solid state receiver and I didn't like the results.  Once connected to and driven by my tube amp, they became a whole different speaker !!

I am selling only to help fund a set of floor-standers as I am re-configuring my system.

I tried to price appropriately for the dings.  They have been used very little so rest
assured these have been cared for (other than the ding incident).
