Polk LSi-9 Bookshelf Speakers

Pristine pair of LSi9’s in cherry finish.   Very light use - used as "surrounds" in a rarely used 5.1 HT system. In spite of their age (7 years), they’re almost indistinguishable from "new". These were Polk’s top-of-the-line bookshelf speaker for many years, and they are truly excellent. The drivers are very high quality, as is the cabinet construction...  The bass capability (punch!) of these speakers is remarkable given their size, but it’s the mid-range and high frequency extension where these speakers really shine...  Smooth, lush, extended are words that come to mind. The Ring-Radiator tweeter, also used in many much more expensive speakers, is absolutely exceptional;  has no fatiguing characteristics whatsoever. Since the LSi9 has been around for a long time there are many reviews you can research. They are a high-current (4 ohm) design of modest efficiency (88dB), so high quality amplification is recommended for them to sound their best.  They’re quite heavy - 33lbs/each - so shipping & insurance is likely to be in the range of $45.00/box.  I’ll accept a certified/bank check, or a personal check.  Feel free to contact me with questions.
