FRITZ CARBON 7 SE is only 2 months old. And A very good Loudspeaker I just wanted the ultimate in refinement . I recently found a Big Klipschorn speaker locally that I always wanted 104db efficient, therefore going back to a Big floorstander again.I have lowered my price to finish paying for the Klipschorn speaker, I also have a Power amp for sale in another ad.I am never content with just good.I had Phasx Audio design Upgrade this loudspeaker.What many Audiophiles donot realize is that by upgrading with premium parts you improve the loudspeakers in many areas,also by using a external Xover it isolates what is the brain of your speaker from noise and vibrations transmitted through the drivers for the best possible Detail and Imaging,Big$$ speaker companies have a isolated Xover chamber built into their speaker. .You will find No competitors loudspeaker with parts this good until you spend much more money's. why others don't do this ? $$. A commercial company charge on average 4x their build cost and 50% dealer markup. This is a true bargain for any Audiophile looking for a speaker a cut above and that knows parts quality, At this price you will find Nothing even close in performance ,please do check Any of the competition.The Duelund resistors $60 each vs the $4.00 M resistors which were stock
the Copper foil inductors are 8X the cost of the Bobbin inductors in the picture .the Mundorf Supreme capacitors are $75 each and and connectors and wiring Much higher quality. Vampire Wire connectors which you can hear the difference This upgrade was not built to a budget .the external Xover is very compact only l0x10 inches and sits neatly behind the Loudspeaker.
The Cabinet was build solid and well braced to start with ,Rear ported, and Carbon Fiber pulp Mid-Bass driver is why the Bass is this Solid .These Scanspeak drivers
are Top of the line at their respective levels.Over $3,500 invested just in the speaker,I also have $1050 stands, which are offered seperately or possible a package deal. at time of sale if interested.

The New SE Stock version has more midrange detail with higher
frequency extension than the original model read the reviews on the Carbon 7 and add at least another 10% of performance that is just how god these Loudspeakers are.
