This is a late 2012 model Mac mini, with a 2.3 Ghz QUAD i7 processor, 8GB RAM, and is considered the most desirable of the minis for music, because of its 6MB of L6 cache.
This was set up as a music server by Mojo Audio and has the following features:
256 GB internal SSD
2TB external AV drive in OWC case, linked to the mini by special firewire cable
Joule III external linear power supply for both the mini and the AV drive with power link cables
Power filter from Mojo replaces the internal SMPS
Atomic Platform for Mac mini
External OWC Mercury Pro 24X DVDRW Super-Multi optical drive for ripping optical discs (CDs)
If you want to experience great sounding computer audio, or to upgrade from the laptop you are using to play your music, you will have a hard time finding a better deal on a fully loaded Mac mini set-up.
Ben with Mojo will clean out the OS and drives so it will be delivered to you as it came to me from Mojo.
