KEF REFERENCE MODEL 101 (Rare) These little speakers are in great working order. I tested them using an early 80’s Philips PA1200b 150/w amplifier. In my opinion, they sounded supurb. Due to age; The cabinets do have some very minor markings and small scratches. Also there is minor flaking on the woofer cones (see picture) However, in my opiion this does not effect the sound quality at all. The speaker grills are in fair condition. The same Kef drivers are used in the famous Rogers, BBC, Harbeth, and Chartwell LS3/5a. Tweeter Kef T27 Mid/Woofer Kef B110 For being a small pair of speakers they have plenty of deep bass and excellent highs. Full specifications are listed on kef.com Made in England The speakers weigh 12lbs each. Plan on about 28-30lbs shipping with box and packing.
