Darwin Cable Company sprang from a rough looking but incredible sounding cable by Darwin co-founder Bill Magerman. We soon discovered the mistakes other cable makers were making. Coated, stranded, copper wires stifled transparency from top to bottom and created timing issues. Heavy, jewelry-like terminations created a cesspool of sonic eddies. Poor dielectrics sucked away dynamics like leeches. 

We listened to scores of combinations, methodically weeding out any material that compromised the sound. We use silver-based solder and apply two contact enhancers to each cable.
