Purchased in May 2013 these are the nicest used pair of the Venere 3.0 you will find. Speakers will be sold with original sales receipt included. They are in flawless condition.

For sale is a pair of Sonus faber Venere 3.0 speakers in gloss black. This pair is like new just as taken out of the box. No dents or scratches or fingerprints. They look like new. Always handled with gloves and moved with the cabinet headpieces on.

This is the latest Sonus faber Venere model introduced in January 2013. Currently one of the most reviewed speakers of the year. These speakers offer stellar performance in a small package and compete with Sonus faber models and other speakers in the 6 thousand dollar range and higher.

The styling of these speakers are similar to a baby Sonus faber Aida with gloss black laquer and glass tops set into the cabinets. The grills are sheer and attach to the front of the speaker magnetically. The bases are tempered glass and have spun aluminum cones that tilt the speaker back slightly and secure it upright.

The Venere 3.0 speakers with careful setup are capable of 32.2 Hz in room response with good response going all the way down to 20 Hz even though the speaker is rated at 38Hz. These Venere speakers can be single wired, bi-wired or biamped.

The Venere 3.0 speaker has great soundstaging with superb depth and dimension and has a big sound comparitively to its size. Similar in character to the Cremona but not as refined.

These are 90db efficient and will handle up to 300 watts per speaker without problems or breakup and can play at a whisper too. This pair is fully broken in and in immaculate condition with double shipping containers and all packaging. Only handled with surgical gloves and moved with the shipping headpieces and shrouds in place for setup. So no fingerprints on finish.

I and Sumiko recommend an amp of at least 100 to 150 watts or higher for the best control and performance. Can be used with smaller tube amps due to higher efficiency. I have used amps with as low as 75 watts per channel with great results.
