MAGICO V2 Demo -Awesome speaker

This speaker is the last of my Magico demo stock.  One of the last Birch wood/Aluminum models it features a two and a half- way complement of 7” Nano-Tec drivers each on separate circuits to handle both the bass and midrange. The highs are sweet and silky via a 1” MR-1 Ring radiator tweeter.  You get the benefit of both a two way and three way system. 

All drivers are mounted on an aircraft grade aluminum baffle which is attached to the complex Birch cabinet with compression rods attached to the rear. Proprietary crossovers using very expensive parts contribute significantly to the musical expression.  While it was the entry level for Magico, make no mistake it is a true Magico speaker with all of the wonderful musicality, imaging and phase correctness they are known for.  
The sensitivity is 89db and a nominal impedance of 4 Ohms. H: 42” x D: 12” x W: 10” and weight is  120 lbs each.  
Speaker is in excellent condition and even though it is a little over 5 years old it has only about 1,000 hours of play.As a dealer I had all of the Magico models on demo which were not played unless I had an appointment to hear it. Even though there is no warranty left, they have never been sold. In fact they have only been played about 10 hours in the last two years because after Magico discontinued all of it's wood/aluminum hybrid speakers they did not have the same demand for auditions.  Before listing them, I listened to them for a couple of days to be sure they sounded good...and they did!  Cosmetically they are excellent except for a very tiny abrasion spot on the aluminum baffle above the tweeter on one of the speakers, but is really only visible if you get very close to it.  
I have the original wooden crate (both speakers shipped in the same crate) and so must be shipped by freight which I can arrange. Available for audition in the SF Bay Area.  Get the musical magic of Magico for a real world price. Not interested in any trades so don’t ask and no shipments out of the US. Prefer wire transfer, but will take PayPal if add 3%..  Calif. residents add sales tax.

11/21/14    I have received 4 offers lately that are all "insulting" (you know who you are).  I have priced this item very fairly and way below my cost. I am not desperate to sell these speakers so please don't waste mine and your time trying to "steal" them.  Thanks. Bob
