I am the original owner... bought brand new directly from Bill Dudleston. These were built to order, never shipped to a retailer.
These are absolutely flawless. I rated 9/10 only because I believe unless you are purchasing brand new from the retailer/manufacturer, they cannot be 10/10.
I would have to guess hours of use to be less than 200.
These were manufactured and shipped to me in Sept of 2011.
Currently I would prefer local pickup. I also have the means to deliver up to 100 miles for a modest charge.
Location is in SE PA.
