These were designed by the Vice President of Acoustiic Research at Harmon International, Dr. Floyd Toole. This 17 year engineering effort ultimately led to the Revel line and recently the Revel Performa3 208. There is nothing on the net about this speaker because they were sold through select Harmon dealers - I’m sorry about that but I’ll describe them from the factory cut sheet and answer any questions you may have. The piano black cabinets use a technique called "staggered array bracing dividing the cabinet into separate compartmentsto minimizecoloration and resonance. They have been beautifully taken care of with only minor imperfections which exclude audio performance. The price is for the pair because of their age. They have never been played loudly! And I have a few extra drivers and an extra grill just in case. They are a tuned port system: 30-20kHz(2db),Sensitivity: 90db/1m/2.83VRMS.
