Up for sale is a pair of B&W CM9's one CMC2 and a pair of CM1's with matching FS700/CM stands. I am the original owner of all speakers. Local sale desired but would consider shipping in the lower 48 if buyer picks up all costs.
All speakers in Wenge finish and are from the CM S1 Series. The CM9's and CMC2 were purchased as factory refurbished "B" Stock from an authorized dealer and price is adjusted accordingly. All speakers are in perfect working order with only 3 minor blemishes indicated in the photos.
Local pick-up/delivery only. I have all original boxes/manuals/accessories. Happy to answer any questions. Thanks for looking and please see my corresponding ad for an Emotiva XPA-2 and XPA-3 set used to drive the CM's.
****Update****12-27-2014 - When boxing one CM9, the protective face cover shifted causing a minor dent in one tweeter. I was able to remove the dent but will offer either a one hundred dollar credit off agreed price or to purchase the replacement tweeter directly from B&W and mail to buyer. Just wanted to be up front about this so there are no surprises.
Questions for the seller |

Can you please explain the details of why the CM9s were B-stock? Can you also help me understand the difference CM S1 and S2. My attempts to find anything online are coming up empty.
thanks Hi there - I bought the CM9's from John Rutan at Audio Connection and he advised the reason they were b-stock is because they were show demo units with the one minor blemish on top of the speaker. Regarding the difference between S1 & S2, see link below to a B&W technical papers. Please refer to the BMW CM S2 PDF for additional info.
Manufacturers typically modify crossovers and internal components when updating a series. They also removed the visible screws around the drivers to change the external appearance. Hope this helps and feel free to reach out at [filtered] with any other questions or if you wish to see them in person.
