Altec Lansing A7-500- Voice of the Theater Loud Speakers

Offered is a very nice pair of Altec Lansing Voice of the Theater loudspeakers, model A7-500 with Alnico drivers, re-coned, new diaphragms and new custom crossovers with cast copper internal wiring.
Components are: 416-8B woofers, 802-8E horn drivers, 511 horns and IM-5018C crossovers. System is acoustically and electronically in phase, bass coupled closer to the floor for tighter and more dynamic bass, mids and highs sound fantastic with tubes or transistor gear, crossover point 500hz. Note the rear gussets for added strength and easy moving, cabinets are original paint with some wear These are the ones to get, not all the non-sense A7's out there. Pick-up only, shipping would be another $1000, dimensions are 42x30x24, these are heavy over 300lbs each but worth it for some of the best sound ever.
