Payments

Payments must be received
in full to Seller’s Paypal account within 48 hours (2 days) of close of
auction/sale. Failure to comply may result in your order being cancelled and
the item being relisted.

Shipping

Please confirm your shipping address prior to placing your bid.

We will ship only to the confirmed address listed on your Paypal
account at the time your
order was placed or the billing address associated with your credit card
payment if paying by credit card. All items are shipped within 1 business days
of receipt of cleared payment (with exception of weekends and holidays). All
sales completed after 3:00pm Friday will not be shipped until Monday. Delivery
is Monday through Friday. All packages with a value of $100 or more require signature
confirmation. Once your order has shipped it cannot be cancelled or rerouted.
At this time we are unable to deliver to APO/FPO military addresses or P.O.
boxes.

WE DO NOT SHIP INTERNATIONALLY or to TERRITORIES of the U.S. We
only ship to the continental U.S.

Alaska & Hawaii Residents

Additional shipping charges may be required as shipping rates to
these states are much higher.

International Customers

At this time we DO NOT offer international
shipping. If a sale is completed with an international address we will
unfortunately have to cancel the transaction.

Return policy

We do our absolute best to ensure every item we ship is 100% as
listed and all functions work properly. It is important that upon delivery you
inspect the item for damage or defects in the event that we missed something.
We sell as-is and will not accept returns for any reason other visible shipping
damage.

 Free Shipping Items

Items that include “free shipping” are shipped by
seller with the lowest cost provider to your location (USPS, UPS, FedEx, Etc.)
and may have up to a 7 - 10 day delivery time.

Refusing Packages

In the event that you refuse your package for any reason other
than shipping damages, you will be subject to paying a 20% restocking fee and
round trip shipping costs.

Shipping damage

Shipping damage claims must be made within 24 hours of your delivery
date. Please call us at 305-527-6302.

Redelivery Fee

UPS Shipments: UPS will make only 3 delivery attempts. If you are
unable to be home to sign for your delivery please contact us directly
at 305-527-6302. UPS will not allow you to make any changes to the
delivery. We must contact UPS to authorize any changes once the item is
shipped. If the item is not delivered within 3 attempts, UPS will return the
item to us. At this point it is considered a refused package and will be
treated as referenced above under "Refusing Packages"
