Theta Digital Gen VIII

Theta Gen VIII DAC with fixed volume control option (extra $$) - this is the DAC that started my Theta journey into VIII S3 and CB3HD. You can use this DAC with your preamp of choice (since this has extra volume board so no attenuation) with the option of using your own preamp/volume control of choice. You can upgrade this DAC to the latest S3 version (which I also own by the way) for ~less that $2K thru a dealer. I can refer you to one if needed. In the Theta line up- IMHO their DACs are most under appreciated component probably due to their high MSRP. You can upgrade to S3 and own the latest version for less than half price of new. Why am I selling? I used this in my bedroom set-up but am no switching to active set-up and simplify connections and my secondary system. I also change equipment frequently to try new toys.
