Purchased new in 2010 from House of Music, San Francisco, serial number VF1493. I'm the original and sole owner.
This MDA1000 has enjoyed only meticulous care. There are no scratches or nicks anywhere. My house is non-smoking, and there are no children.
Comes with its original box, original owner's manual, power cord, original remote control and original packing materials.
New price was $8,500 (copy of sales invoice included). I am asking $4,200 and adding in these enticements:
- free shipping (UPS ground, insured, within the USA)
- waived PayPal fees
- free spare remote control (McIntosh HR050)
I'll gladly answer questions from interested parties. Low ballers naturally will be ignored. I'd love to see this DAC go to a good home!

| Is it can use 220 volts ? A McIntosh dealership can swap out the 120V power supply with a 220V power supply. So the answer is yes, but the work must be done by an authorized McIntosh dealer or service facility. |
