Line Magnetic LM-502 DAC Great price...almost New!

For sale is barely used Line Magnetic LM-502. I got this DAC only a few weeks ago and it has seen a light 10 – 15 hours of
playback. It is in perfect working condition and looks brand new. Rating 9/10 to be fair but this thing is good
as new. 

The LM-502 comes with either a silver
or gold faceplate, as pictured, this is the silver front model. This unit is
the 110v US voltage version. Comes with
the stock tubes and original packaging (double boxed for safe shipping)

I hate to part with this DAC but I have a Arye QB-9 DSD that is back from an upgrade and I can only afford to keep
one. The LM-502 actually holds up very nicely when compared to the top of the
line Ayre…and in some areas I like better. Should only get sweeter as it breaks
in too. However, in the end I’m choosing to sell this one and keep the Ayre
(which has a retail price of $1400 more).

Do some research, this DAC has be very well received and I have to agree. It’s a great sounding piece of gear at an
exceptional price. List price on a new LM-502 is $1800.  Get this one, almost new, for less than retail. Priced to sell. Buyer pays shipping but I’ll cap it at no more than $30
within the CONUS. Add 2% for Paypal.

Province of China. At $1800 the LM-502CA isn't cheap, but in a world where DAC
technology, which is still in its infancy, easily costs 10s of 1000s of
dollars, the LM-502CA is superbly priced. Each of the LM-502's inputs is
capable of decoding up to 32-bit/192kHZ PCM. The LM 502's switchable
capabilities include tube (3V) and solid-state (2.5V) outputs. A toroidal transformer
handles digital circuits, an EI transformer does analog. A 6Z4 tube controls
rectification before the signal hits the twin 12AU7/ECC82 tubes.
