McIntosh MCD 301 CD/SACD Player- Very Musical!

I purchased this unit 4 months ago from an authorized dealer with plans of building a smaller 2 channel system. Those plans did not materialize so now its up for sale. The MCD has a lovely, open and full sound that's also quite delicate and musical! It takes all the harsh and digital sound of cd's out of the sonic landscape. You really can't go wrong with this one no matter what the sonic signature of your system is!

It can also drive an amplifier directly through its variable output balanced and unbalanced connections. It also has a headphone output. For those Mac owners out there that are looking to maintain the synergy of their current set-up this is the perfect source component.

The unit is in excellent shape and has only been played for 1 hour since I purchased it to make sure it operated flawlessly which it did. Since that times its been re-boxed and is now ready to be shipped. It's still under warranty and a copy of the receipt will be provided to the buyer. I have all of the original accessories including the remote, manual, power cord and box. My asking price of $3,100.00 is firm and includes shipping. I priced it so I didn't have to play bidding games.
